 ABOUT ME

Courtney Cheyanne Thoroughgood (she/her) is a graduate of Arcadia University. She has a Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Acting and has jumped headfirst into the Philadelphia theatre scene. Born and raised in Northeast Philly, she knows Philly like the back of her hand and is so excited to be able to make her career here. Courtney is an actor, a stage manager, a teaching artist, and an all-around theater maker. 

 

 Courtney is currently the Education and Administrative Assistant at Quintessence Theatre Group. This spring the Education Team has worked to put together two local Mt. Airy school musicals. Courtney worked as the production coordinator for the Mask and Wig musical comedy troupe at the University of Pennsylvania alongside a multitude of UPENN alumni and Philadelphia theatre artists for the last three years. Along with her on stage and behind the scenes work, Courtney also is proficient in box office work, house management, and concessions.
